MENTOR OPPORTUNITIES

As a Project Step Up mentor you will have the opportunity to help families identify factors contributing to their current situation, identify goals toward financial security and overcome their individual barriers to change. You will interact with the family within a supportive relationship to promote financial stability while experiencing a meaningful volunteer opportunity. The successful mentor will:

• Commit one year to Project Step Up Program.
• Spend four-six hours each month interacting with assigned family
• Receive appropriate program training.
• Develop a supportive relationship and walk beside the family as they learn new strategies for a more stable future.
